October 7: Blessed Giuseppe Toniolo (SSVP)

Giuseppe Toniolo, member of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, led the Catholic Action movement in Italy and espoused all the social doctrine principles we take for granted today, fighting against social evils like the exploitation of workers and child labor.
