Pathway To Inner Peace

She was a wife, a mother, a widow, a sole parent, a foundress, an educator, a leader, a social minister, and a vowed religious… in other words St. Elizabeth Ann Seton is a Saint so many women can relate to in one way or another. She shows us that sanctity is open to everyone if we love God and do His will, as she strove to do in all the circumstances of her life. She had a special concern for children who lacked educational opportunities. She and her Sisters of Charity cared for orphans, widows, and families oppressed by poverty. She faced each day with faith, praying her way through life’s joys and struggles, and looking forward to eternity. She learned to survive, adapt, and live serenely no matter what life had in store. You can too. Learn more about St. Elizabeth
