I minister at Face to Face, on the campus of St. Vincent DePaul, Germantown (Philadelphia). I am exploring how a home for chronically mentally ill homeless men and another for women can be acquired, in collaboration with Catholic Worker, the Daughters of Charity, the Brothers of the Christian Schools and LaSalle University, Philadelphia. The idea would be to build a community, a therapeutic milieu, in the city. Any ideas/suggestions are welcome as I am beginning to percolate some movements of my own.
Thank-you, Brother Michael. We will gather some information from Vincentian projects that may correspond to your initiative, and we’ll be in touch with you soon thereafter.
